- Functional, attractive and comfortable
The Rain forests of the Tongass National Forest in Southeast Alaska receive more annual rainfall than virtually anywhere on earth. These adverse weather conditions require the most technical gear for comfort and durability. Drift Creek Outdoors has created this waterproof jacket to meet these demanding conditions. This jacket shell is constructed of tightly woven 100% nylon fine gauge yarn, laminated to a polymer membrane with the technical aspects of waterproof 8,000mm, and breathability 5,000G/M2. The two layers of fabric are then laminated to a tricot liner. The complete 3-Layer Laminate is coated with a Durable Water Repellent (DWR) Surface Coating so the water beads off. Other features include a stitchless welded front chest pocket, Waterproof zippers throughout, Performance hood with visor and 3-way adjustment, Microfleece lined chin guard, inside mesh storage pocket, Velcro adjustable cuffs, and Open bottom hem with draw cords.
